JP Jacobs international Research Foundation is a non-governmental organization, legally constituted under the United Kingdom act 2006, is called the “charity, Limited by Guarantee set out in Schedule 2 of The Companies (Model Articles) Regulations 2008 (SI 3229/2008),

“the Commission”	means the Charity Commission for England and Wales;
“Companies Acts”	means the Companies Acts (as defined in section 2 of the Companies Act 2006) insofar as they apply to the charity;
“the directors”	means the directors of the charity. The directors are charity trustees as defined by section 97 of the Charities Act 1993;

JP Jacobs international Research Foundation Objects

(1)           The charity’s objects (“Objects”) are specifically restricted to the following:

• Research development (rd)- scientific & industrial research, including
• technical and engineering
• Research, providing technical education,
• Education Consultancy internationally, education certification,
• Conducting courses, professional memberships
• Equivalent to B-Tech & B.E) promoting commerce, arts,
• Science, sports, education, research, social welfare, charity.

JP Jacobs international Research Foundation – India is formed as NOTFORPROFIT organization under SECTION 8 license (incorporated under the Act, 2013)

JP Jacobs international Research Foundation – India, to be pursued by the company on its incorporation is to-

1. Facilitate technical education, and education certification & conducting Engineering courses
2. Issue the professional memberships (Equivalent to B-Tech & B.E.Degree ) through offline and online modes.
3. Engineering Job to be created in collaborations with relevant Censual Ministries, State governments, international organizations, industry, and NGOs.
4. Engage and promote Research Development such as Scientific and Industrial Research including Technical and Engineering Research through various modes.

The AMERICAN COUNCIL OF HIGHER EDUCATION COMMISSION (ACHEC) is a globally recognized accrediting organization that provides approval for private institutions and universities.

ACHEC has conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the curriculum offered by JP JACOBS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY and has officially recognized by ACHEC.

BOARD OF TECHNICAL HIGHER EDUCATION ACCREDITATION (BTHEA) was established in the United States State Act, BTHEA has evaluating the technical education system globally.

British Engineering Council (BEC) was established as a regulatory Body of engineering professions by coming together of a large number of Professional Organizations / institutions of Engineers to work for the advancement of engineering profession in various disciplines and for enhancing the reputation of engineers, in society, by focusing on quality and BRITISH ENGINEERING COUNCIL (BEC) accountability of engineers.

BEC established in accordance with the provisions of the United State Act, CHAPTER 29 – WS ACT ARTICLE 1 – G P, BEC is formation conformed by the Office of the Secretary of United State.

British Engineering Council (BEC) is partnered with JPJ Engineering Council (JPJ EC) , which is purely formed under Indian act Licence under section 8 (1) of the Act, 2013 [Pursuant to rule 20 the Rules, 2014], Licence Number141189.

British Engineering Council (BEC) has been evaluated the JP JACOBS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY academic curriculum and accepted the qualification to do the engineering registration for the JP JACOBS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY students, those who are completed more than one year study in the JP JACOBS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY

JPJ Engineering Council (JPJ EC) is a body formed to regulate engineering professions as internationally, a group of professors is working to achieve the same. Which is under Indian act Licence under section 8 (1) of the Act, 2013 [Pursuant to rule 20 the Rules, 2014], Licence Number141189.

JPJ Engineering Council (JPJ EC) was evaluated the JP JACOBS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY academic curriculum and accepted the qualification to do the engineering registration for the JP JACOBS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY students

JP Jacobs international Research Foundation has now approved as a training centre by NSDC – MINISTRY OF SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP , GOVT OF INDIA

California University FCE was awarded a renewable Institutional registration by the State of California Los Angeles County Registrar, Current Registration No: 20100880209.

California University FCE is recognized by the Federal and State Governments USA. It is registered with the United States Department of Education, the California Department of Education, and the California State Board of Education. It is also recognized by other state boards in the United States of America.

The United States Department of Education listed California University FCE with Unique ID 7499.

Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research, India and JP Jacobs International University, USA. Had signed MOU AGREEMENT, entered into this 21 day of June 2021, between School of Commerce and Management.

WITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, School of Commerce and Management, Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research, India and JP Jacobs International University, USA desire to promote the enrichment of their teaching and learning and research and discovery missions; and

WHEREAS, School of Commerce and Management, Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research, India and JP Jacobs International University, USA desire to strengthen and expand the mutual contacts between the two universities; and

WHEREAS, School of Commerce and Management, Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research, India and JP Jacobs International University, USA desire to provide for a variety of collaborative opportunities for faculty and students at the two universities on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth;

NOW THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed as follows:

I. Scope of Agreement – This Agreement shall commemorate the parties’ intent to enter into but not be limited to, the following types of collaboration:
• Conducting Inter-Institutional Open Electives
• Conducting collaborative research projects
• Conducting lectures and organizing Conferences, Symposia and Workshops
• Exchange of academic information and materials
• Promoting collaboration in fields of mutual interest and research
• Promoting other academic cooperation as mutually agreed

In 2010, The European Centre of Independent Certification in E-Learning (ECICEL) was founded by a group of distance education providers who were concerned about the number of organizations providing distance-learning courses to the public.

Not being knowledgeable about what a sound distance course contains can be a great problem to the unwary. A lot of these organizations provide just a little more than the introductory programs. ECICEL provides accreditation at different levels under the Distance Learning Quality Standard.

Roderick Shults was the first chairman and driving force of ECICEL. He was also responsible for the accreditation procedures and Code of Practice of ECICEL.

The European Centre of Independent Certification in E-Learning (ECICEL) is an international professional organization governed by Council and officers; it was established to enhance professionalism by maintaining the standards of distance programs and also improving on them. After an agreement by the Council in 2013, accreditation procedures of ECICEL were revised in order to standardize its criteria while referencing to nationally understood benchmarks. ECICEL Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary are elected every year from accredited members. Co-opted members well recognized in the profession and members who were elected by accredited providers make up the council. The Council appoints the accredited panel. Panel members are appropriately qualified with experience, independent and expertise in distance learning and training.

JP JACOBS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY having satisfied the assessors and regulators and complied with the conditions of validation established by the ECICEL (European Centre of Independent Certification in E-Learning), has been duly admitted to Approved Member of the Association from January 12, 2022.

ECICEL has confirmed that, engineering qualifications are giving by JP JACOBS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY is in line with international educational standers
